This 1965 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Coupe is a tidy and well-maintained example, boasting its original numbers matching 327ci 300HP engine and Powerglide transmission, along with a range of desirable options including power windows, tinted glass, AM/FM radio, and a telescopic steering column.
Throughout its life, this Corvette has been lightly but regularly used, always kept in a garage, and meticulously cared for. In 1978, the exterior color was changed from silver to red, and the car was stored for 10 years. During the repaint, the owner chose to leave off the badging to avoid interference with the wash mitt, but the original badges are included with the car for easy reinstallation if desired.
In 1988, the owner returned to work on the Corvette, going through the mechanical components and beginning to enjoy it once again.
