Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of receipt, starting from the day you receive the item. Requests for return or exchange must be made via email before 5 PM PDT on the 30th calendar day after receiving the asset. Buyback requests require the vehicle to be available on the buyer’s property, with payment made on-site. We offer a refund of 100% of the purchase price minus any applicable fees. Assets must be returned in their original condition; we cannot accept returns for modified, damaged, or altered items. Refunds are processed immediately but may take 1-3 days to appear in your account. Please note that insurance coverage is void if the customer is intoxicated during any accidents.
